Name: Fallingleaf

Gender: She-cat

Clan : Windclan

Position: medicine cat(Do I have to apply?)

Age: 1 year (12 moons)

Quick description: Gingery/brown pelt with a white splodge over her left ear and eye.

Appearance: Fallingleaf is always well groomed. She hates an untidy pelt and her den is always kept neat and tidy. Her pelt is a ginger-brownish colour, and has a white spoldge over her left eye and ear. Her right eye is a light green, while her left is a light blue. She also has lost her right ear after an owl attacked her as an apprentice.

Personality: Fallingleaf isn't afraid to say what she thinks, and is always very open to her other clan mates. Hates to see cats injured, and this is a reason why she became Medicine cat(?).
When she was a kit, she was the quietest out of the litter of 7. She doesn't care what other cats think about her after what her father did to her mother, and the rest of her litter(apart from greenpaw). Fallingleaf is cool, calm and collected at the best of times.

History: After an attack by an owl when she was an apprentice, Fallingleaf lost her right ear. Her mentor tried to chase her out of the territory for her bad looks and stupidness, when the current medicine cat was picking berries near by, and saved Fallingleaf's tail. The medicine cat asked Fallingleaf if she'd like to be her apprentice, and Fallingleaf agreed. Fallingleaf trained hard and long, and the medicine cat grew attached to her. The medicine cat then died of an unknown illness, and Fallingleaf took on her duties.
Fallingleaf had tried to save her, but she failed, and her mentor passed into the paws of Starclan.
Her mother was killed by rouges, who to this day have not been found. Greenpaw, he brother, vowed from the day they found his mother's body, that he would kill his father, and therefore avenge his mother's cruel death.
All that has been confirmed is that the traitorous leader of these foul cats was...
Her father.

RP: Fallingleaf padded out of her den, and into the small clearing.
She watched the crisp falling leaves of Leaf-fall(?). She sighed. The seasons were going so fast, next thing she knew, it would be green-leaf once again. Suddenly, a small ash-grey apprentice stumbled into the clearing. Fallingleaf's ears pricked and her tail flicked with unease as she gazed at the young cat's wounds.
"Greenpaw!" She mewed, padding over to her wayward brother.

It is a nice start!

Appearance:
What color is her fur?
Does she have any unusual markings?
What color are her eyes?
What size is she?
What is her fur length?

Personality:
What does she do for fun?
Does she have a temper?
Does she care what other cats think of her?
What was she like when she was a kit and apprentice?
That kind of stuff.

History:
What did she do in her kit-hood?
Did anything embarrassing or worth telling happen when she was an apprentice?
There must have been something when she was an apprentice because to be a med. cat she needed to be a med. cat apprentice first.

You do not NEED to add ALL of that in your bio, it will just help you get accepted faster and people will think better of you!
Willowstar will probably want to accept you herself if you are going to become a medicine cat.
She hasn't been on much lately...
I am not trying to discourage you from becoming a meddie!
Leaf-fall is Autumn.

Put the quick description in the appearance and make it a tiny bit more detailed.
The Personality is not changed.
Put the "Other Info" in the history and make that a tiny more detailed too.
